Q: Do these glow a warm fire light colour or more of a warm white?

Mine are warm white that is slightly yellow, but light color has subtle variations (imitation of flickering). After about 8 weeks of window use last Christmas season some of the "flames" are more yellowed than others. Differences were perceptible to my eyes even last year. Maybe the result of different lengths of sun exposure?

Q: Do the flames on these candles move or are they motionless?

The flames themselves are motionless but the LED light inside the flames flickers like candle light.

Q: Do the candles draw down battery when off?

It says in the brief manual, if you leave the button ON (the black button on the base) to receive commands from the remote, there is slight battery drain for the IR Receiver. If you shut OFF the bottom button (where the candle wont respond to signals from the remote, the batteries should not drain at all.

Q: When set up with the timer, do these candles turn on the same time each day or do I have go around and turn them on each day?

Hi, they turn on each day on their own when set on a timer. I love these candles. They were a great purchase.
