Have you ever seen a turtle run? If not put these down in front of them. My turtles love these pellets. Very affordable as well. Highly recommend.

I wasn't really sure if this food was appropriate for Hermann's tortoises or not since the name was a little vague and I couldn't find a breeds list anywhere, but I got it as a little supplement for my Henrietta to try, who is usually a very picky eater.I have her eating greens topped with water-softened ZooMed grassland pellets and I soak these with them sometimes too but usually just sprinkle them on top or mix in dry. I also scatter a few dry ones around her enclosure bc she loves them dry too, it's like a little game for her to scavenge around, get some exercise and find food if she's hungry at different times (I don't leave the wet food leftovers in there for more than an hour).She gets a tiny plain pile every week in addition to the hidden ones and she loves the flavor, comes running over immediately when I put them in. She is small but has had no issues at all crunching them or swallowing them, and I love that I don't need to "dress them up" in any way to trick her into eating them (she HATES the Mazuri LS ones, I had to get creative with those 😆).The price is very affordable on these and they actually smell kind of appetizing to me too, no stench that knocks you back when you open the cap like some others. 10/10 would recommend!

granddaughter wanted a baby tortoise for her birthday so we purchased her one. This is just some of the food that we did try. The tortoise was not impressed so therefore he would not eat it.

I have a very picky tortoise. I bought so many different brands and she doesn't like any of them. She occasionally eats mazuri but lately she stopped eating it. So I tried zilla and she immediately ate it. I'm glad she likes it. I can switch between this and mazuri.

Turtles enjoy the flavor, and the sizes are ideal, resulting in minimal waste..
