Does anyone know what happens to this device and e-welink communications, if the power to it is interupted for more than 24 hours? thanks in advance.
Does anyone know the actual dimensions of the board itself - so I can find a suitable enclosure? I can only find the total package dimensions
What is the power output for this? Can i control 12V valve with this switch?
How do I change the inching mode? O have tried changing within the welink app inching remains very quick. Id like it to be 20 seconds

Handy toy

Nice cheap way of remotely switching 4 x 10A circuits. Slightly irritating that the 'inching' mode is global (so you can't have 1 channel working as a momentary contact & the other 3 latching) but the data sheet available pre purchase does tell you this (with fairly shoddy translation) so can't really moan. The Interlock mode could be handy if you were running a set of traffic lights but can be implemented in the app by using scenes anyway so a bit redundant. Alas the Inching mode can't be implemented in the app …..Very handy being able to power it from USB, bonus that the relays are 240v rated (so no external relays required)Bottom line- for home automation, if you're installing clean and have centralised wiring then this card is a very cost-effective way to control stuff.Alexa etc integration- no idea, not having one of those things in the house!Pairing was very painless, app runs the thing with next to no delay across 4g, plenty of options to play with in the appUPDATEThere have been several firmware updates- inching is no longer global, LAN control as well as WAN- and improvements to the app. All good

Very good, instructions a bit lacking

I bought this to provide an Alexa interface to the two electric gates we have. I primarily wanted a way to open them at a set time, or remotely, but having voice control is also fun.I implemented it very simply by soldering some wires on to the buttons on a spare remote fob for the gates, and connecting those to the relays on this board. With the board in inching mode, turning the appropriate relay on activates it for half a second or so and simulates a button press on the fob, thus operating the gate. It came with no instructions at all, the only ones I could find are on the product page itself. I put it in to inching mode by trial and error, pressing the mode button and testing it, and I cannot alter the time interval in the app, to do that you have to turn on an "inching" switch in the app and with that on, the relay fires continuously rather than just once, but the interval it came configured with is ok for my needs. I had been looking at the Sonoff 4ch Pro units for this application, but I stumbled across this when searching on Amazon and it seems functionally equivalent for about a third of the price. No nice case but I don't need it for this, I am powering with a spare usb supply and no other voltages involved so not a problem.I have a single Sonoff switch and so had the app already. Discovering this unit in the app and updating the firmware all went fine, as did then discovering it in Alexa. Added a few routines in the Alexa app and I can now say "Alexa close the gate" and it does it. Brilliant.UPDATE: I have found how to alter the inching interval. I needed to do this because I found that on some days (weather related maybe), the gate did not always respond to the half second press this unit was sending, it needed a slightly longer press. To set the interval, you need to have the unit itself set in self locking mode, rather than inching mode, IE: when you turn a relay on, it stays on until you turn it off. THEN you turn on inching in the app settings, and then the interval you specify in the app is applied. If you set the unit itself in inching mode using the mode button, which is what I did to start with, the inching interval in the app is not used. Not exactly intuitive, a bit odd, but it now works very well. The seller responded very quickly and helpfully when asked.

4 Channel WIfi relay board

Just tried this, doesnt come with any instructions but details are on the sellers page. Works fine, easy to link to ewelink app and Echo, so voice command via Alexa works good, just remember to edit the name of each relay using Amazon Alexa app. Latching and momentaty relay modes work fine. The default momemtary mode switches the relay on for approx 1 second, the momentary on time can be adjusted within the eWelink app within the settings menu, settings menu can be accessed by tapping on the main screen to access the second screen, tap on the circle in top right hand corner on app screen tap on setting and scroll down to adjust the inching mode duration, save setting close down eWelink app then reopen. Simples. Board powers by a 5V USB lead or via battery. App looks a bit basic but is functional and easy.Would reccomend.

Good Value and works well

I used a 1-Channel device to integrate my Novomatic 403/553 automatic garage door with my smartphone. Simple connection via 2 wires into the F block - Connection for external impulse generator with the power for the device coming from a USB adapter. The device synced smoothly and first time with the smart app and I set it to 'inching mode', ensuring it turns off after 2 seconds, effectively closing the circuit again once the open/close action has been started. A minor drawback is its inability to indicate whether the door is open or closed when operated remotely. However, this isn't a significant issue for me as I monitor the door's status via a security camera.

Save your money and buy something from Sonoff or Meross

Good in principle but fairly poor in practice. Routinely lose signals and thus my automations do not work. Other devices sat next to it buy meross seem to have no problem so I know it is not signal etc. Will not be buying again.
