Great love it
I love how smooth the door slides. The stainless steel is beautiful. I had an issue with one mounting bracket and reached out to the manufacturer, they sent me a new one no problem. Great to work with. It should be noted that the install is a little challenging with the 2 pcs rod. However if you have experience and a good level you will be fine.

Easy to install and looks amazing!
This is our 3rd barn door track and they all look amazing. They are fairly easy to install, but you do have to really focus on. Very functional and our doors slide very easily and smoothly.

Amazing Quality and Product
Anything less than 5 stars on this is ridiculous. It's heavy-duty, great instructions, and easy to install. I couldn't believe the weight of the box when it arrived. We are project/remodel people and built our own door. This hardware is one of the best products I've seen in a long time. It rolls smoothly, has bearings for the rollers, the hangers are beautiful and sleek for me and built well for my husband's skeptical construction eye. He was skeptical when I showed it to him online, but as soon as he picked up the hanger, felt the weight, and saw how smooth it rolls, he was impressed, as was our uncle who is a woodworker. Photo will be added when the door is complete, but suffice it to say, very impressive hardware to go on our new 45" x 90" custom walnut sliding door.

Well made, sturdy and glides smoothly
Works really well. Glides great and our door is very heavy with 4 glass inserts. We did not need to install in a board. Works well with our trim using the 3 spacers provided. Just make sure you have clearance with the door pull on the back side. The brackets can be positioned where you need them. That’s a great feature. The finish isn’t quite as shiny as shown -but it’s nice. I’d prefer chrome to match other features but t works well.

Good quality hardware; detailed installation instructions would have been really helpful.
Hardware is solid (quite heavy), well made, and seems like it would last. Rollers operate smoothly, and installation is relatively straightforward even though there were no printed instructions included with the parts. A few suggestion (i.e. what I learned from my mistakes):- be really certain whether you want a single or double sliding door kit when you place your order, as spare/additional parts are impossible to obtain. I originally thought I would go with a single wide sliding door, so ordered an 8' single door kit. Realized after receiving the kit that I really need double doors. Since I couldn't order additional parts, I ended up ordering a second kit (figuring I could combine the two sets of rollers on a single track). Was surprised to find that the rollers from the first and second kits accomodate different width doors, had different spacer sets (which are needed to adjust the alignment of the door relative to the rail on which the rollers slide). I was so frustrated that I initiated return procedures for the second order, at which point I was able to get in touch w/the seller and explain the reason for return. To his credit, seller immediately sent me another set of rollers so I can get matching sets for 2 sliding doors. Would have been much better if I knew exactly what configuration I needed before placing the order for the first set.- on the topic of spacers needed for door alignment, this is worth spending some time sketching out on paper before ordering parts or drilling holes in the wall. A professional installer would know all this already, but for a do-it-yourself project, it took me a few tries to figure it out. Originally, I wanted the door to hang directly underneath the rail. But the brackets which secure the rail to the wall end up leaving very little clearance between the rail and the wall (< 1/2", roughly). So if you want to hang a thicker door panel (mine was 1 3/4" thick), there may not be enough space between the door and the wall (especially if you have thick baseboards at the bottom of the wall). Add to that the fact that I received two styles of rollers (from the two different orders I placed) - one style seems more appropriate for sliding glass doors (which are usally thinner than 1/2") which have no spacer between the roller wheel and the arm that is attached to the glass panels, and another style for sliding wood doors (which are typically 1 1/8" to 1 3/4" thick) which have a thicker spacer between the roller wheel and arm. I ended up having to route out an inset in my wood door in order to get the alignment to work. It turned out pretty nicely, but certainly added more work to the installation.

Modern look
My handyman and I installed the kit together. We didn’t realize how huge the size of the support bracket hanger attachments were. I can’t remember if we used a 1/2 or 3/4 in drill bit to make the holes. The directions didn’t specify. Although 3 spacers were included, adding additional ones would have been helpful to properly fit a standard sized barn door without gapping. The rod brackets fit nicely and the door slides from side to side effortlessly. Installation took longer than expected and required 2 people. The quality of the kit itself is supreme. It is durable, solid, and very modern. The price was also reasonable, especially when compared to the local home store. The quality of this item is definitely better than the local home store by far!

Just what I needed for 1/4 the price!
So I have a 1960’s house with 8ft ceilings. I needed a low profile barn door but the 2 inch or less hardware is 400 plus dollars. I had 4 inches if that. For the price I thought I’d try this first. I did two 24 inch doors with the extra kit. Like everyone else says, hardware is top notch and heavy duty. With all the reviews I was expecting to do some NASA level calculations. Was pleasantly surprised how easy they went up. One thing I liked especially is the supports for the railing can be spaced anywhere so you can match the stud locations, no 1x4 board to mount so looks extra slick.
