A new condiment for me but one that I have used in ways that may have never been intended. I enjoy Indian Curries and I added some Mina Harissa to it and the results were exciting and delicious. Since then I have kept a jar on hand to try with almost anything other than oatmeal. This is a really tasty sauce. Great to add to spice up just about anything! A chef i subscribe to on YouTube use this particular one. That's why I tried it.

Tasty, reliable heat!
Tasty -- and spicy, high heat. We like moderate heat, so just a little (teaspoon or tablespoon, depending on batch size. Have been using this for years, and it's been consistent, so easy to work with. Try adding to hummus w/sun-dried tomatoes!

Wonderful addition
So tasty, it took my dish to the next level. It has just the right amount of spice and the consistency is excellent. I will definitely buy this again

SPICY Means Hot Enough!
Morrocan cuisine is subtle and flavorful. It has a WAY with everything from meats to fish to vegetables. Harissa sauce is a traditional condiment. It comes in a variety of heats. I find the 'mild' to be a decent way to add sweet red pepper flavor to something. It will strike many cooks as being 'insipid.' This SPICY product really is SPICY to my taste. A little makes a fine addition to a tomato sauce or to making barbecue sauce at home. ALL of the flavor is red pepper and heat. There is no 'sweet' in the product. There is little or no salt. The texture of the product is homogenized and uniformly a bit thicker than the usual tomato puree. MINA is a top-level purveyor of Morrocan products. TAKE THIS ONE and ADD SUGAR or blend with other spices to create complexity. This is RED PEPPER...end of story@

Harissa in the morning too!
I always put Harissa Sauce in scrambled eggs but they are all perfect on meat 🍖, fish 🐟 and poultry 🍗 especially on ostrich!!!
