Highly recommend for those on GLP 1
Bought these when I started mounjaro. Take two a day and worked well for me. They are quite large but easy enough to take. I stock up when on offer as the value for money is better. I tried to compare vitamin content with other brands and couldn’t find anything with the same levels.

Nice packaging. Seems like they’ll do the trick to keep me healthy whilst on my journey and they are easy to swallow capsules, not gigantic compressed powder like other vitamin supplements. Although the packaging lacks clarification, it’s clear these are designed for those using MJ for weight management.

These have really helped me on my MJ journey. No side effects at all. Definitely worth buying. They are rather large and don’t taste the best but if they’re doing me good I don’t mind!!

Don’t waste your money.
I bought these because I was told I’d need to take them if I’m to start my weight loss journey. They arrived today and upon looking at the vitamin content, they’re no different to the A2Z Multi Vitamins I already had that cost me a mere £2.99 from Home Bargains. The A2Z even had Calcium in there’s, a thing the Wellgard Vitamins don’t contain.I’ll be returning these and sticking to the less expensive ones. They’ll do the same thing.
