I ordered this to transfer files from my home computer to my work computer. I saw this one and fit and finish looked great. The only problem was that neither myzsamsungGalaxy S25 nor my iPhone 25 Maxx would recognize the drive when I had it plugged in. Very frustrating! I called Lexmar support and the tech support ran through the whole checklist without success. They promptly emailed me a new drive' same issue. Well, before giving up i had my daughter who was computer science major look at. Same problem. She then takes the protective cases off both phone and it worked like a charm on both. Now that Dumbo learned that, I couldn't be happier! Great drive and great service,!

This Lexar D40E Dual USB flash drive has been a fantastic addition to my tech setup! It’s super easy to use, and having both a USB and USB-C option in one device is incredibly convenient; no need to carry around multiple drives. The 128GB storage is perfect for all my files, and the transfer speed is solid.The two pack gives you an incredible amount of storage and gives you more bang for your buck.The only downside is that only one port is covered at a time. I wish there was a way to prevent dust or debris from getting into the unused port when it's not in use, as it’s something I have to be mindful of. Still, it’s a minor design issue compared to how practical and reliable this flash drive is. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a versatile, all-in-one storage solution!

Really surprised how great quality this thing is! Pretty decent speed considering what it does but it ultimately does the job and helps out a lot! Nice transferring about 120gb worth of video to this thing and use it as a portable storage that I can also view why on the go. Doesn't heat up like some have mentioned? Not sure of the problem there. Definitely worth it! It's also better looking in person.

This works. Not a fan of the swing design since one end is always uncovered, but this is probably not meant for constant sneaker-netting. I'm using it to get songs to a car, so it probably won't be moved often. The storage capacity is ample enough, and it's still suitable for FAT32 format, a standard outdated in computers but not peripherals.

Security feature is nice extra and wise but i deleted and use just as basic storage device since only photos and simple business documents requiring no security. Works great on both Apples. one with traditional USB port and other with backward compatible thunderbolt

Gets really hot so much I have to remove it during use. Unusually hot. I've had drives but never had one that got too hot like this. This one is a no for me. too bad return window is over. Definitely a no.
