Looked at this toaster for a long time on Amazon before finally getting it. I had already gotten a new toaster a year ago. (It was cheap, but Ok.) I love the size of this Bella toaster as well as the narrow-ness of it, & the pink color. plus it take the longer size of my sourdough toast I love, without me having to cut the bread in half to fit in toaster. It seems to be less ‘cluttered’ in the bottom where the crumbs fall, & easy to clean! While bagels occasionally get caught after toasting lightly, it is very easy to ‘dislodge’ them without poking the heating ‘elements’-my fault becuz I sliced them unevenly sometimes. Toasting level is very easy to regulate with dial. While it kept selling out, I finally just ordered it! I have had other Bella appliances, many years ago, with no problems, so knew this would be a great produce & the price was good-great value for the money!

It’s a toaster. It toasts. I first cleaned it, there seemed to be that manufacturing oil or black dust on the part that the bread sits on.I ran it first fully till it automatically popped.I placed a thickly sliced sourdough bread in the slot (about double a normal slice of bread).Put it on the highest level but it came out too light like barely toasted. That took about 2 minutes then I put it in again at level 2 and it was fine which was about another 45 seconds.It’s fine, about expected a regular toaster does so to me it’s normal.

Of course you can also toast two regular loaf slices side-by-side as well.3. Has cord wrap-around underneath so no long cord cluttering up the counter space.4. Footprint is small and saves a lot of counter space.Two cons:1. Crumb tray is accessed from the rear which is inconvenient.2. No bagel setting. (At least none that I have been able to discern.)

The two-slice slim toaster is modern, sleek, and looks great on my small countertop. It’s functional for basic toasting, with simple controls and an easy-to-clean crumb tray. However, it toasts unevenly—one side comes out darker than the other—and the slots are a bit too narrow for thicker bread or bagels. A stylish option for light use, but not ideal for those who prefer variety.

This item is a great concept because it’s a skinny toaster with wide slots; However, the button that you press down to make the toast go down, doesn’t quite work and it takes a couple of tries to get it to go down all the way, that part is annoying, but it does work, so I did not return it. I probably should have but didn’t want to be inconvenienced to go and return it so now I will just live with me inconvenienced every time I press the button. And then I realized I didn’t eat that much toast anymore, I only got it in case company came over and wanted toast. And I was trying to find a toaster that was low cost, and skinny, so it will do and I decided to keep it.
