I am very pleased with the effectiveness of these gummies. I have bought them twice, and I am ordering more. I suffer with extreme anxiety and insomnia, these really help. They don't make me feel "loopy". Melatonin gives me migraines, and it's difficult to find products of this kind without melatonin. They taste great, and the price is good too. Highly recommend! Well, I started taking 2 of these before my tennis matches and they seem to work well.

I've only taken these twice a day for 5 days and I can say that they do help, but the effect seems to wear off after a couple of hours for me. I will continue to take them and see if this gets better. The flavor to me is very good. Tastes just like the kid's fruit snacks! I don't feel too drowsy when I take them. Makes me feel a little more happy at work.

These took a few weeks, but really helped to make me feel calmer. I was waking in the morning with high cortisol and all shaky. These definitely took that feeling away now.

Update: Seller reached out to me after my initial review. Great customer service. I don't think there was anything wrong with this product at all. Unfortunately it just didnt work for my son. Certain medications and even natural supplements don't affect him as they should so I think it's just one of the ingredients that doesn't work for him. The product we recieved was fresh and I know it's worked well for some others so I truly appreciate seller reaching out to me. If these ingredients do work for you then I would definitely recommend this seller and this product.My son is autistic and I bought these to help him calm and sleep. After taking I noticed he looked tired but it seemed to cause his stimming to get worse. It was almost contradictory because he looked tired and wore out but couldn't stop moving and stimming. He was also more irritated and moody. The two days I tried this he got up both nights in the middle of the night and was up for hours before he went back to sleep. I didn't like the way these affected him. They didn't help at all and actually made things worse. Didn't do any of the things its suppose to for him. Not saying it's the brand at all. But the ingredients, not sure which exactly and maybe all of them, they just didn't work for him. Shipping was quick and gummies seemed fresh but unfortunately didn't work for us.
