I ordered this vac and it did not come complete with all the parts. However, it was replaced immediately with a brand new one with everything inside! I am so impressed how quickly they responded, and it works wonderfully! Size is perfect for the little spots I need it for and so easy to use. It even comes with carpet cleaner that works like a charm. Attractive, easy to store, doesn't leak and so easy to clean! I love it!

Works Great, Great Value for Price. To clean our carpeted stairs we used to have to attach a cumbersome tool to our full-sized upright carpet cleaning tool and had to carry the whole huge tool up the stairs because the cord wouldn't reach all the way. With this handy tool, it is simple to use, the cord reaches all the way up to the top of the stairs....and it gets a lot of dirt out. Highly recommend.

SAHM review! I was sooo nervous to buy this cleaner because my husband said it wouldn’t have enough strength to handle our daily household stains. He was sooo wrong! I wish I could’ve gotten a good video. But I’ve cleaned a couch we had that was sooo caked up with dirt. It was just scrubbed but never suctioned so there was caked in dirt. This little devil with time and patience got all the old grime and cleaned this couch to where the water is running clear again. I love that I could take it apart to clean it. The spray function is pretty normal. I spray first and then scrub with the brush and then I suction up the water. It’s light so I just go up and down the stairs with it. I do use more cleaner than what recommended, but haven’t had a problem with the machine. If you’re looking for an everyday spot cleaner, this is it. Or do what I did, and use it to clean and maintain the couches in your home! My ONLY negative is that the hose head doesn’t not stay upright with stored away. So mine is a little sloppy when stored. But idc that much

Overall, a sturdy machine. Easy to assemble and use. Meant for spots, but I did large areas in two rooms. When the clean water tank was almost empty, the dirty water tank was only 20% full. Although it seemed to have suction, and the carpets weren't overly wet, and dried in 1-2 hours, not sure where the extra water went. The cleaning solution is mild and pleasant. Not sure it got rid of spots that well (kind of spread the dark areas around), but as these rugs hadn't been washed in years, not surprised, and it most definitely has a fresher smell and held up well under a lot of scrubbing.

Great machine, does a really good job of cleaning the area rugs I have. Got a new puppy last fall (I know, what was I thinking!!) Would give 10 stars if it had a long handle cleaning attachment so I could use it standing up. Has gotten a lot of use due to the puppy who is well on her way to being house broken.

I needed something to make quick cleaning of spills and pet accidents. This machine is perfect. Now when the dogs have an accident or there is a spill I just grab the machine and clean. I no longer have to grab a bucket, towels, cleaners, it's all in one.

Bought this to clean my furniture. Works great, and gets the smell out great. Very portable, and effective.

Definitivamente usaré este aparato, aunque no tan exhaustivamente como debería. Aunque aparenta trabajar bien, el plástico de la manguera se siente un poco débil, sin embargo cumple con su función. Apenas la recibí hice una prueba con la alfombra de mi carro y aunque pudiera ser mejor, no se niega que estuvo muy bien.
