Great value and they work exceptionally well. Both mine and my wife’s digestion has improved measurably, no adverse effects just improvements. We have always had a balanced diet so, I doubted the effectiveness of probiotics when first recommended them but from here on in I wouldn’t do without them.

Got this for my sister in law after she had a bout of illness. Have to assume it worked, she certainly recovered fully from her illness . It seemed the best thing to use to bring her gut microbiome back to life. It was easy to use and swallow.

Not all probiotics are created equal! It's really difficult to search amazon for specific ingredients / strains. I've seen some brands that are just acidophilus or have ridiculously low potency. I even bought some in Portugal where - without exaggeration - you'd need to eat the whole bottle to get any benefit.These are decent. I don't think you need to be on them forever; my approach is to "seed" my gut and then just top up occasionally. Since starting, I've noticed a real improvement in my mood and my stomach feels much stronger, especially when I travel.I genuinely believe these are high quality, deliver on their stated quantities, and trust they actually alive. There's good research out there showing how strains like L. brevis, L. plantarum, B. adolescentis, and B. longum can impact mood, and I can honestly say I've personally felt that effect!

Having a really good experience with these so far. I have experienced really bad bloating for the past few months, since taking these for the past 3 weeks this has significantly reduced the inflammation. I find taking in the afternoon / evening works best for me. Pretty easy to swallow and good value for money. Can’t really taste them either.

arrived quickly - unfortunately these didnt work well for me - they were too high a dose for my tummy and caused pain and dashing to the toilet! i have tried a much lower dose product and these are ideal ! they were easy to swallow - and i do worry about taking large capsules but these were fine!

Very good product

This is the first probiotic I’ve used where I can actually tell it’s making a difference. All of my stomach issues have subsided, no more bloating and better bowel movements. And to top it off, very reasonably priced. Definitely will be my go-to probiotics moving forward!
