Fantastic laptop for casual gamer
I'm not a hard core gamer, I like "cozy" games and lower end rpgs, and puzzle type games. Most of my gaming is through Steam. This laptop is perfect. I did add extra memory and got a larger hard drive but haven't needed the extra drive yet.I also use it for web browsing and some classes and to do a little work when I don't feel like dragging out my work laptop.I knew a laptop was a risky choice for gaming but I'm really happy with this one.

A good entry-level gaming laptop with some compromises
I purchased this laptop almost a year ago and have used it more or less daily since it arrived. It does all the things you would expect a laptop to do. It is a little light on the RAM, but that's easily upgradeable, and I upgraded mine from 8 GB to 16 GB, which I would say is the minimum for any serious gaming these days.As this is a budget gaming laptop, the compromises had to come in somewhere. Those compromises are mainly the battery life and build quality. This is not a laptop that can go all day. Far from it. The battery will give you two hours of internet browsing at best and less than an hour if you want to try gaming on the battery. That in itself is not a major problem for me. I mostly use this as a desktop replacement when I'm away on business or the like, but if you plan to use it for note taking in class or something similar, pick something with a better battery life.As long as its plugged in, it's a good little machine. It's fast and quiet. That being said, I have my doubts about whether this could survive a drop from being carried without exploding into a million pieces. The plastic feels a little flimsy, so my advice is... don't drop it? I guess? Nobody ever plans to do that. It's also worth mentioning that there are transparent keys on the keyboard. If you shed hair or dust, that's going to be visible under the keys. Getting a cover for the keyboard might be a good idea if this bothers you.All of the compromises I've mentioned are reasonable for the price. I can play Helldivers 2 on low, and Deep Rock Galactic on medium, just to give you an idea of the performance. This thing won't play Elden Ring on high, but it can play most older games without breaking a sweat.

Product Manufacture Defect
I am writing to report an issue with a product recently purchased through your platform. This is an ASUS TUF Gaming laptop, which had a manufacturing defect upon received. Specifically, the computer's touchpad is not working, since II first turned on the computer, I noticed that it doesn't respond to any type of interaction , which significantly limits my used of the device. I have tried various basic solutions, such as restarting the system, checking the touchpad settings, and installing updates, without success. this indicates a hardware failure. I would like to return the item and and get a new one as soon as possible. I will be appreciate it.

Tough laptop
Solid laptop for what I need. The speakers are a little underwhelming but other than that perfect for tunning.

In ASUS I trust
I have become an ASUS user since 2017 when I bought an FX53VD (the ancestor of TUF series) and now, 8 years later, I buy a new TUF. I really like the solid structural design and the robust technical performance of ASUS gaming laptops, after all my senior ASUS laptop has worked 8 years and is still running well now.By the way, I would like to mention that I use this laptop for daily office work only (I don’t play video games). The reason for buying a thick-and-heavy gaming laptop is that since say 2020, the frequency of CPUs has been insanely increased by the manufacturers while the chassis of light-and-thin laptops remains the same substantially: those useless laptops heat up very easily and the cooling fans sound like helicopters. With an ASUS gaming laptop, you can rarely hear the cooling fans running when you only do normal office work, and that is perfect for me who is sensitive to noises. One last tip: uninstall the Armoury Crate (a programmr developed by ASUS to control the power and cooling fans) and install G-Helper instead!
