Dexnor must have updated this product because alot of online reviews have complained about the use the track pad due to lagging and scrolling speed issues. I almost didn't order this case because of those reviews but took a chance anyways. Upon receiving this item, I have had zero issues with the trackpad and have been able to easily customize scroll and pointer settings. Keep in mind, those reviews online are over a year old so it makes sense why this product has most likely been updated and/or fixed.Overall, this case feels very high quality and has elevated my experience using my tablet. Additionally, there is a video floating around about the possible compatibility of a regular, cheap plastic case that can be use in conjunction with the Dexnor. It doesn't bother me, but some might be concerned with the lack of edge protection. The only concerns the video portrayed and I hold as well, are the decreased level of magnetism to mount the tablet. I am wondering if those issues can be remedied by simply adding adhesive metal strips to the back? It would be the same concept of adding metal to the back of a cellphone case in order for it to be used for a magnetic car mount etc.

The Dexnor keyboard / protective case has been exactly as described in the item description. The keyboard links up with the tablet quickly and has not had any accuracy issues. The keyboard has been used for quite a few hours and has not been recharged yet. The tablet is held in place quite well magnetically. I consider this a worth while purchase for my needs.

It works well, the magnet feels strong enough to hold the Note very well. The 2 locations for the pen attachment are nice and strong as well and done via magnets. The keyboard feels nice to the touch and isn't super loud.The main con is that I wish the pad would tilt MORE. When you put it on your lap, it's not the ideal viewing angle. If you've got some sort of table, and you can adjust that height, then great, but not everyone has that. I think an additional 10 degrees towards horizontal would have been great.The keyboard lights up if you care about that, which I don't. I leave it off to save battery life. Annoyingly though, you can't hit enter or even ctrl-enter within certain apps to send messages, so that is also annoying, but not a problem with the keyboard itself, but rather with the Note.

Works perfect with my Samsung s9 fe tablet.

Perfect for setting on your lap without a backside fold-over triangular base in addition to the keypad (which is difficult to balance on your lap!). Good angle and a little heavy due to the magnetics but holds well and the backlighting is great! Balances well on my lap, in bed, etc. Great angle adjustments are available and lots of hot keys are provided. I like the different color backlighting choices for different room lighting or in the dark. Good value and a solid product.

This is so good as has a touch pad on it. I no longer have to bring the laptop to bed while using this.

Be careful. Functionality is great, typing mousepad, awesome, however, not sure if it was the case or what happened. Screen became damaged and I lost touch screen capability and lines. (Pic attached).Kept my new tablet in this new case. Rarely took it out. Tablet was kept in a padded backpack with nothing else touching it. Not sure if it was the case, like a rubber foot on the "lid" or what. Regardless, this case either did the damage or did not protect it as it was supposed to.So now Im out a brand new tablet due to a case that did not do its job.
