I absolutely love this collagen with biotin in it.. It does not taste bad. It truly works! I had gastric bypass surgery and my hair was starting to fall out in handfuls it felt like. I started taking this and my hair is growing back and it’s only been a couple of months I’ve been taking this! Will continue to buy and take this supplement.

My skin looks more radiant, my baby hairs are growing back a lot faster as well, I’d say it’s definitely because I’ve added this! I take in the morning on an empty stomach and it doesn’t hurt. Doesn’t have a bad taste, just different.

So, far it’s good. No bitter taste or smell but haven’t used it long enough to see any benefits yet.

I love this stuff. Not only does it taste great, but my nails and hair are growing like crazy. Had to trim my nails twice in one week. I also think it helped me recover from two orthopedic surgeries this past year, in record time. The dr even asked me what I was doing to heal so quickly. That's a definite win!

Tastes ok, I got this because I was trying to find a cheaper version than SkinnyFit’s liquid collagen for $100, but I will be canceling my subscription because this product only includes 2 types of collagen I & III. I’d rather find a different liquid that includes Collagen I, II, III, V & X or I’ll just go back to taking the pills. Nice price, but really should include more and they know that. That’s why the collagen types aren’t on the bottle. You’ll have less wrinkles, but bad knees since there’s no elastic joint support (Type II) and bad eyes (Type V which does skin, hair and your body tissue). Look elsewhere

Great tasting

This was recommended to me by a friend, and I have passed along to others. It really works well, and I have seen results already and I have not been taking it that long. I had some really ugly toenails that looked all flaky and split, and they have been like that for a long time. After only about two or three weeks of taking the collagen, they are completely smooth and healing and no longer look as if they are going to flake off. My friend had undergone chemo, causing all her hair to fall out, and after taking it for about three weeks, I can see definite positive changes in the thickness and length of her hair as it grows back.
