The media could not be loaded. The packaging was excellent when I opened it! The tool box is of a little cheap quality but is good in terms of taking care of the tools, all the openers are present in it, the gun is of good quality but a little heavy, as you can see in the photo of the batteries there are a few scratches but there is not much wear and tear while removing and putting the battery in, the charger of the batteries works well, when the battery is being charged then the red light will glow and when it is fully charged then it will be green, I also drilled on a CPVC pipe, in that too the machine performed well, I used one battery for full 45 minutes, which means in a single charge it will give a backup of 45 minutes! While using any screwdriver, remember that do not put in extra effort after the nut is tightened. If you need to tighten it more, it is better to use a hand screwdriver, because, applying excessive force will not only break the thread of the screw, but also increase the chances of the driver chuck of the machine getting damaged. And there will be pressure on the motor too. This is my first day review. Let us see how the machine performs with a little more usage!

Very poor quality tool kit and accessories. All the drill bits of poor metal quality and just broke even in one rotation. Screw driver bit seems to be grinding metal. While tightening the screw the driver itself were grinded. Battery provided with drill machine was defective. I repent why I bought this product. Amazon should ban this company from platform aslike are bringing bad name to Amazon. Worst product. None should buy it even offline and the supplier should be penalised for sending defective product. Shame on the supplier also

One of the battery is not working, it's delivered a village 7.6vdc, actual voltage we require 12vdc.

Right from the first use, several of the screwdriver BITS became tampered, with some bending under minimal pressure. I expected these tools to be sturdy and durable, but they failed to meet even basic standards. The quality of the metal seems subpar, making the screwdrivers unsuitable for any kind of prolonged use. Given the wear and tear after just one use, I doubt they’ll last through more challenging tasks.While the drill performed decently, it didn’t quite make up for the shortcomings of the set as a whole. The power and speed were average, but the overall construction feels fragile, which doesn’t inspire much confidence for long-term use.I am far from satisfied with this purchase. The screwdrivers BITS, in particular, have been a major letdown due to their poor durability. I wouldn’t recommend this set to anyone who needs dependable tools for serious work. For light, occasional use, it might be passable, but there are certainly better options available on the market.
