These are brilliant, you dont need to spend more. Quality product, work really well. These should last a lifetime (as per the warranty). Easy to unlock and lock. Great cutting action (15/20mm no problem). Durable build and design. Replacement springs available for 5 years time or if lost due to poor maintenance. Everything needs a bit of "lube" especially when you get old.

Bought for my Dad who uses them all the time. They're now 3 years old and good as new. Still sharp. Still comfortable. Excellent!

These are ok and cut clean

These secateurs are easy and comfortable to hold. Adjust cut to suit. Small spanner provided to replace parts. Effective trimming for those who find other secateurs difficult to hold, work well.

Bought for my wife to replace a set she hadnt look after too well.Strong well made and stand abuse, keep them clean and should last for ever.

excellent product

Ordered these secateurs from Amazon after reading recommendation in gardening magazine. They don't disappoint. Sharp, lightweight and comfortable to hold. The tool made by Darlac arrived on a backing board, obviously for the UK market, as the listing on the back gave a a UK address where spare blades are available. I bought mine from Onogo who are a Channel Island registered company. They were slow arriving and missed the delivery date but when they did arrive, they were worth waiting for and were a good price. Royal Mail service from Jersey seems to be a bit slow, that might be down to Covid and/or lack of flights. Who knows.

Although these were a reasonable price, as a regular gardener I wish I had bought better. The safety catch in these is intermittent and irritating. While you are trying to use the secateurs they ‘lock’ themselves. Then when you are storing them when not in use ( mine are kept in a tub with other tools) they then unlock themselves.The grip and cutting are no problem- just the safety catch.
