I suffer from poor sleep and since taking these my sleep has improved . Only thing don't expect them to work immediately as it can take a few weeks . I persevered and it was worth it .

I have made the mistake in the past if purchasing magnesium to find it’s only one of the 3 we all need . These combine all 3 which are glycinate citrate and oxidate do very good value . They are easy to swallow which is important to be able to absorb magnesium we also need zinc

The capsules came damaged. The inside of the tub had a lot of powder which is on all of the capsules, making it difficult to consume them without making a mess.
