My grand daughter asked for this bracelet set for her ninth birthday. I thought it over priced for just four bracelets but it was a birthday gift. She loves the kit and made the bracelets the day she received the gift.

DO NOT BUY! We ordered two of these...Rice Krispies and Fruit Loops. BOTH boxes were missing the cord for the bracelets, the charms, the third "surprise" bag and the curb chain. Came with just a bowl, the spoon, and beads. She could NOTHING with this. Such a disappointment for my granddaughter on Christmas.

My daughter likes Frosted Flakes so this was a great gift for her. She liked making the stretchy elastic cord bracelets. The novelty feature of dropping a sachet bag filled with beads to dissolve in the included cereal bowl filled with water is kinda lame. The sachet doesn't fizz or anything exciting it just partially dissolves away. Plastic beads are cheap looking but the metal charms are nice quality.

For older kids, it should be a breeze. The included instructions are easy to follow. My daughter and her friends didn't have any issues whatsoever.

I guess I didn't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this. I bought it for my gson for Christmas, he wanted to make matching braclets, I don't even think he made one. I don't remember there being 183 pieces. Big box full of nothing.

It's important to note that this Kellogg's bracelet making kit is beads and charms only. Their colors resemble the froot loops cereal and there are no edible components so make sure your child is at the right age to use the kit. Everything you need is included inside the box. The elastic cord has to be cut in 3 to make the bracelets. This should keep the kid busy for a couple of hours.
