We purchased 3 of these to put on our windows to stop our cats getting too close when the windows are open and keep bugs out. It was easy to install once we got the hang of it after the first one, and the adhesive is great it stays on the window perfectly. It also looks great, hardly visible unless you’re looking closely. Great value for the money, we paid the same amount for velcro once which constantly came off. Overall, cat and human approved.

A long-time never-close-the-windower, I bought this after waking up one morning to find out a rather large, and presumably unwell, bird had flown into my living room and sprayed poo over the floor, up the walls, and across the TV! After a miserable week of having the window closed I found this. I'm pleased to say the mesh did what I hoped it would and stopped the bird(s?!) throwing another rager at mine, though disappointed to report that the expected luck I was due from this much bird poop did not materialise as a lottery win.Easy to install. While mine didn't look anywhere as neat, I did use it on a large window without either taking my time or reading the instructions. The magnets worked really well and held the mesh firmly in place and it was easy to detach to open and close the window. As well as stopping birds wandering in it also prevents flies and spiders.

I've now fitted 2 of these screens, the second going better due to lessons learned from the first. This is beyond doubt from a visual aspect the best fly screen I have found, you barely notice it's there and it's not ugly like the velcro type. I found fitting it easy upto the point of fitting the corners and that was too hard for me, even using all my strength, I couldn't get them in. My husband eventually managed to clip them in but even he found it very hard, hence I'm dropping a star. If you do not have strong hands, make sure you have someone with you who does. From a function and visual point of view they are fabulous though and worth the extra money.

As we live in an area with a lot of nature around us, we have a lot of different insects and spiders that would all love to make themselves at home. If you have a problem with this, then these nets are a saviour.My husband has installed these kind of nets for us and his parents over the years, so he was familiar with the installation and it was easy for him. When you do it for the first time, it can be a bit tricky, but with a bit of patience you'll soon get the hang of it. The adhesive part sticks really well and sits really firmly. The magnetic part is also good, it's easy to open and close and it doesn't suddenly come off or anything. On the whole, everything is just as it should be, it holds and keeps the insects away.There are nets that cost twice as much, but these are perfectly adequate for us, good value for money. I can recommend these product.

The media could not be loaded. Initially, Michael was extremely helpful. I wanted to do my whole house. I hate spiders and flies are such a pest! I sent him all the measurements and he sorted what sized kits would do two windows each 🙂It was so easy to make up these screens, as long as you take care as you go. I never made one mistake with 9 screens! As can be seen in the photo, I do have slightly bulky handles on my windows, I just loosened the net slightly over those as I fitted the net to the frame to accommodate that. They work perfectly and I wanted to complete them all before the hot weather if we get any! I am so pleased with them all.I now have all rooms including bathroom and loo spider and fly free 😁I highly recommend this company as the quality is high and the service is faultless. You can see in my video how well they work, and that was one handed as I had to hold my phone in the other!If like me you hate spiders, this is a must, worth any cost to have peace of mind when opening windows for fresh air, and the cost of these are very reasonable.

Putting this together takes some skill, but the instructions are easy to understand. Once in place, the fit is tight and no insects can get through. The mesh feels sturdy so it'll be interesting to see how long this lasts.Note - I fitted mine on the outer side of the window frame to allow me to open and close the window freely without having to disturb the net (so I can't comment on how it is to remove or reattach it).

Price paid £13.59 Aug 2024So much better than the hook and loop type, you just need to make sure you prep and clean the surface for a lasting bond.I sanded the pvc on my windows in order to provide a better contact for the adhesive, I then used high strength solvents and isopropyl alcohol to clean any remaining debris, they are not coming off any time soon, like my old hook and loops did!

Good in general but are useless for Velux windows as the magnet is nowhere near strong enough to hold them in place so only vertical windows only for these.Fitting them on standard windows is easy enough, be sure to follow the instructions to make it as easy as possible. I tried to be smart and just stick them up but missed a step that the instructions mentioned; serves me right lolOnce up, it’s perfect for what I needed for keeping bugs out but letting fresh air in.
