I’m usually so sceptical with these products. I’ve tried a few. I suffer from really hard skin on my heels and have done for years. Usually I’d have to go to a podiatrist and have the skin cut away with a scalpel every so often. I work in healthcare so I’m on my feet all day every day for up to 12 hrs at a time so the hard skin builds up.This file is fantastic. I literally had it delivered and used it straight away. Done a great job. File is nice and sharp with a good sturdy handle. Ergonomics are great too. Really easy to use. The dead skin catcher is a godsend. It’s gross but effective. Also really easy to clean. For what this cost compared to the electric files! It’s a no brainier. Great value for money. Done a great job of skin removal. My heels look and feel a million times better. Slapped on some moisturiser and socks. Job done.

During the lockdown, putting on loads of weight and lounging around the bottoms of my feet were truly horrendous.Dry, tough skin on my heels that really was not nice.I used a pumice stone whilst bending over the toilet but it was only semi effective and was back breaking as you had to bend and contort at different angles to file away.So I saw this product and thought that it looked really nice so I would give it a try.Arrived quickly and so that evening I was ready to rip.It felt so nice filing away, you really don’t have to press hard, if at all but it quickly made a massive difference compared to my other foot, so I finished both.It didn’t hurt at all but I would recommend doing it gently as the next day my feet were a little tender to walk on, so do it over a longer period.I did put a bit of aloe vera gel on at the night time and left my socks on to try to soften and moisturise the skin and they feel better today, so like I say take the filing easy as the product really does remove the dry skin very quickly and effectively, but like I said it did feel very nice whilst the old skin was being removed, just don’t take off 6 inch thick skin in one go like I did.It wasn’t actually 6 inches thick, but when the bottom of your feet are in desperate need of a makeover it feels like it.So I would recommend this product as being good quality, easy to use and nice and comfortable whilst doing so, and should last for more attacks on my feet when they get bad again, but actually they won’t because I could just gently stay on top of my soles to prevent it happening again, and maintain my lovely soft feet that can get back in my flip flops without offending, hahaha.

As other reviews have said - does a wonderful job of getting rid of hard skin on feet. Feet feel amazing after just one use! Very effective so go carefully. Apply a cream afterwards. I feel I have great looking feet - like having a salon pedicure.

It does work really well! I was pleasantly surprised and didn't expect it to actually be so good. If your feet are really bad don't go mad with it and scrape your feet raw in one go! Slow, steady and gently is the way to go. Even if you do it over the course of a few sessions. Your feet WILL feel much better for it!Works far better than both the Ped Egg I had and a Pumice stone file.The collection box does help but you will get a bit of 'dust' spilling too due to using it at various angles.Highly recommended.

I very rarely leave reviews on amazon. But all I can see is WOW!!This does everything you need. I have very very hard skin and find it embarrassing when summer comes around. I’ve tried so many different things and have never had such a good result.It barely took any time and I have baby soft heels again. Bargain for the price too!

I’ll save you the before photo but this is the best foot file I’ve ever used. Really good quality and sharp without being a safety hazard and after about 45 mins of gentle filing I had a massive pile of foot dust and much much happier feet!! Wonderful product, if you’re thinking about buying it do it, your feet will thank you!!!

This is a fantastic product. I have 3 battery/chargeable devices which are all going in the bin. This is far more effective and results are amazing. Painless and easy to use. I have purchased another 2 for family & friend. After use I moisturised with cocoa butter and left socks on overnight to maximise effects. I would highly recommend this.
