This product is the third one we have tried for our new meeting room and it is just perfect. It gives a high-quality picture, easy to control, and works well with the speakers. Easy to connect to both Mac and Microsoft. Just what we needed.We also incorrectly ordered the wrong module and the customer support was fantastic.

The media could not be loaded. Product felt premium in your hand and does the job perfectly. Controls are simple to understand and use and had no issues with integrating with our software

The camera itself seems really good, but I had problems upgrading the firmware, Sent many emails to get support but absolutely useless. Had to keep switching camera off at the mains and reboot every rime my PC was switched off. No help from support, still waiting for reply to my numerous emails.Further to this review, Tenveo have replaced the camera free of charge, sent direct from China, it is working really well and I have no complaints, great camera does the job very well.

Im using this cam for live streaming church services and meetings. Great camera, crystal clear image and works well in all light settings. I had ceiling bracket included, asked for a wall bracket, customer service couldn't have been more responsive, despite problems with customs in the UK.

This item was provided to me free of charge through Amazon's wonderful vine program, it gives me the opportunity to test and evaluate products I wouldn't normally look at, in return I leave an unbiased product review as to whether I like a product or not. what makes a product good, or in some cases what makes a product bad, these are my opinions and my opinions alone, they are in no way swayed by Amazon or the manufactures of the product.Whilst I haven't needed to use this constantly, when I have used it, it has been amazing.The video it produces is absolutely wonderful, even the sound is far much better than any off my previous devices.I have only been using this with teams, but I believe it can be used with most video apps.The quality of this is very solid and robust, it really does feel very nicely built, and to connect it was so simple, It was simply plug and play and up and running.Whilst it is a little expensive, you can feel why it cost this much, the quality speaks for itself.All in all, a very, very nice conference camera, for the quality this produces, it is worth the investment, as it will always show you in the best light possible, with no lagging or freezing frames.Highly recommended.

This Tenveo Conference Camera offers amazing video quality (more than I would normally expect from a 1080p Full HD resolution). This is thanks to the sensor (SONY CMOS), the size of that sensor (1/2.8") and that 60fps rate. The quality is backed up by a wide 90-degree viewing angle, smooth pan/tilt motions and that zoom range. Yes, this isn't a 4K camera, but I really don't see the need for such when something at this level still offers such great video.Setting the camera up was easy and straight forward (tried with USB and HDMI without any issues.) The remote control works well, even from across the room, and I especially liked the various pre-set options for settings. This means you can change settings quickly should the lighting in the room suddenly change for example (or if you need to turn off the lights for a presentation.) Just be aware the menu settings will be mirrored in the likes of ZOOM, so you'll need to change that setting (unless you can read text and menus backwards) by checking mirror image.I don't personally like that it records in the MP4 video format, mostly because my DSLR records in a different format and codec. It means that combining or using recorded video with this conference camera can be a bit more involved. This won't be an issue for everyone, and you can easily use a file converter should you need to - I would just have loved the option to record in different formats.You'll need to use an external microphone, however I expected this would be the case. Afterall, this is designed more so for larger rooms with a lot of people randomly spaced around. A built-in microphone would likely struggle to deliver decent audio performance.But overall, what you are getting for your money is an excellent conferencing web camera that offers built quality as well as being able to deliver excellent performance in all aspects.

Only 4 starts because the LAN port only supports 1080p@60fps. 4K UHD is only available through USB and HDMI ports. This needs to be more clear as now im spending additional on wiring. Only had for 2 days but the 4k output is good quality and it does link up well to streaming software and local network.
