The media could not be loaded. It is exactly as shown in the pictures lightweight and of a good length and width has a strap to wrap the mat and carry it anywhere. Its a 6mm mat. It has a good grip. And the colours impressed me a lot. I have uploaded pictures for everyone to see the thickness this mat has and y'all can then prefer your own this one is 6mm and there are more mats available like of 8mm- 13mm. Choice is yours.

I think the quality and size of yoga mat is good enough for my champ. It is very soft and its softeness gives comfort, durable and non slip for exerise and yoga. The material feels durable and non slip. It is lightweight and easy to carry from one place to another place. lovely color. Easily can use this. Value for money.
