Make sure the area is well ventilated!!! I can say this cleared up our tiny upstairs bathroom amazingly, beyond all of my expectations. It's a really good quality products and it was brilliantly effective. However, the smell could've killed a horse. Even after washing it down, getting the dehumidifier on, ventilating the room I could still feel my nostrils singeing days later.
