LOST MONEY DUE TO THE MISTAKE OF AMAZON
Item wasn't working a Charger which, Immediately placed return. But nothing happened. The person who came to pick up the returned product informed that it cannot be taken back because the colour of the item is different as it is shown in picture. As you can see the product colour is wrongly mentioned in the item picture. The reality is that INGCO brand chargers are yello in colour not black as it shows in the picture. Because of their mistake I have lost my money.

Until now, I’ve always found your refund and return services to be excellent. However, the product I received did not work as advertised on your esteemed website.
