I’ve been using this C4 Sport for a bit now and honestly it works great for me. The watermelon flavor is surprisingly good, not too fake or overly sweet. I usually mix one scoop with cold water and drink it like 25 mins before I work out. Gives me a nice clean energy boost no jitters or crash after. I’ve noticed better focus and endurance too. Also love that it has creatine and beta alanine already in it, saves me from taking extras. And the fact that it’s NSF certified is a plus. Overall, it’s a great go to preworkout, especially for the price.

Great product! Def works to give you energy! Easy to Mix I usually add to water bottle when out. I take it about 10 min before I start running or working out! This enable me to start and then get extra energy to continue!

I love the energy this drink gives me. Doesn't make my heart race, hands shake or jittery. I would have given 5 stars except that (unless) I mix in hot water there is still a little grit in the drink.

I struggle to get up to go workout but this has gave me the energy to go workout. This tastes like an energy drink, know that while going in.

It helps me power through tough workouts without feeling jittery. The flavors are great (especially the Fruit Punch and Watermelon), and it mixes easily with water. Just be sure to start with a smaller dose if you’re sensitive to caffeine. Overall, an excellent pre-workout supplement that I keep coming back to!

Realmente si cumple su función de proporcionar más energía y el sabor es súper rico, lo mejor es que se disuelve súper bien, sabe a un jugo de fruit punch, lo recomiendo.

I don’t know if this is a good thing or not - but I love this stuff. I’ve been using it for years now and it continues to deliver as a pre-workout boost. I’ve gotten to the point where on some days I will take it even when not working out because it is a great product to assist in getting me awake. In fact as far as any over the counter stimulants go this is by far the best one on the market. When coffee and energy drinks fail - this will not!Let me just add a caveat to this review however - it’s not a natural stimulant and it’s probably not the best thing to do to do for gaining alertness. It will raise your heart rate and if you have any cardiovascular issues DO NOT USE this. If your healthy and working out all the time it should not a problem but I personally limit myself to one use a day and wouldn’t recommend it for frequent use throughout the day.With regards to the flavor - my personal favorite is the fruit punch. I’m not too keen on the others with the exception of orange. Personal preference on my part but friends of mine who use this tend to like the fruit punch flavor the best as well.
