Good product for the money

Ive been using the M810 model for a little over a week. Red Dragon mice get really good reviews so I decided to try one out. I wanted one that had some extra button, the wireless option was not needed but I like it in retrospect. The mouse is what I consider medium, solid weight. It appears to perform very good in wired and wireless mode. I used it on a computer that doesnt have feont usb and noticed occasional lag in wireless mode but Ive noticed this with other brands, so probably isnt a super long distance or strong transmission, but it is minor and on a front usb probably removes issue. The buttons can be programmed but you have to use the software for the none standard buttons. I got used to it popping up on startup for the functionality. I didnt test whether once you program it you can close software totally possible, I just didnt try it. I understand why people like Red Dragon mice with their price, you get a product that performs quite well.

Very good mouse for gaming or photo editing

The buttons are well placed and can be programmed for either single events or a stream of characters.Note that the software versions available on the website are not always in synch with the versions sold here.If you cannot find the exact match software for the RD product, just notify customer service here and they will be very proactive in making sure you get the right version via a direct link and then will check with you later to make sure it works.

Great mouse for the money!

Best mouse I have bought, especially for the money! I came from an $80 Corsair mouse, and this one is just as good, if not better than that one! If you want to customize the buttons and DPI, you have to download the software. Aside from that, this mouse is perfect!

Great Mouse and Support

This mouse is great. I clicked many heads with it in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.- I got this mouse because of the double click macro, but unfortunately I don't use it as much has I used to because the button is a little small and out of the way compared to the last mouse I owned. This may just be something that I didn't get used to but if there were to be future revisions, I would like to see that button upscaled a little.- There is easy to download software to go with the mouse to change the color of the lights and the pattern / animation of them, as well as set custom DPI speeds with 5 save slots. You also have a little control over what all the buttons can do I think but I remember the options being limited. Needless to say, I didn't use those custom control options much. I set my color and adjusted my DPIs and left the software, except for when I had some connection troubles and I think you can update the firmware / drivers through that utility as well.- A while ago I had an issue where the mouse seemed to drop connection every once and a while. The weird thing was that I think it was still logging the movement one way or another because the cursor would jump to where it was supposed to be after a few seconds. It could be during gaming or during text document editing, which it seemed to actually occur more on the simple tasks like document writing and such. I contacted support and they helped me eventually fix it.- unfortunately longevity seems to be a downside of the mouse. I think I've owned and used the mouse for about a year and a half roughly now. So not an insignificant amount of time, but not great either. The mouse still works great other than that hiccup, but the battery unfortunately seems to be dying out and loosing cells or charge or something. Basically the charge life has shortened significantly and so has the charge time. So the rechargeable battery has seemed to degraded and reduced the total "space" in the battery. I went to support for this issue and they said that this is most likely what I am saying. I don't think my mouse was in warranty so the most they could offer me was a code that would discount a replacement purchase on their site. Which isn't bad and they specifically made it so it shouldn't expire. So while it's not a perfect solution for me, it's sensible and some other companies would just leave you with your dying mouse period. So I am still grateful and think this is a good product, but I think that it could have lasted another year or so before decaying.

It's a light mouse. Came from Logitech g502 wired. Full weighted

So I actually replaced another Red Dragon (Rd in future) keyboard that I had bought earlier this week it was the RD K673 pro 75%. I am loving this keyboard a lot better it was overall $10 cheaper and so far to this keyboard I like the color scheme a little bit better even though I don't like white I can always paint this one if I wanted to but I like the blue feel a little bit the control knob for the volume I like a little bit better it's a little bit smaller and I like having the number pad back. I do also like on the side of this keyboard I can set it to Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz mode I can set it to maca Windows and it does use USB-C for charging.Originally I had thought of this company RD was a cheap brand but so far their products which I have one of their mouse to is pretty good and I'm going to copy paste this review because I'm going to review the mouse at the same time I'm going to take this review and put it over there for the mouse as well because their mouse is great I have the m810 pro wireless and it is an amazing mouse I love it it can go into Eco mode or I can go into full mode The only thing I don't like about it is it's a little bit light for me I'm used to a heavier mouse like the Logitech g502 I have it full weighted out and I like that but I didn't want to spend the money on the wireless version of it.So I'm giving both of these products both the RD EISA K686 Pro keyboard and the RD M810 pro wireless gaming mouse both 5 out of 5 stars.
