Nite Ize GS3-01-R6 G-Series Dual Chamber Carabiner, Size #3 1-Pack, Black

I've owned a fair number of quick release key rings and I've looked at many. The Nite IZE is my favorite by far. Why? Quick and secure.I like the concept of the springs on many other carabiner type key rings. The issue is that relying on a single spring to hold keys can be a problem. Some of the other carabiner key rings have extra mechanisms to keep themselves closed so keys don't fall of the ring. However, I don't like the secondary mechanisms as much as the one on the Nite IZE.Not only is there a 2nd spring for security, the orientation of the 2nd spring makes it so pulling on the keys or jarring them is likely to make the spring hold better, not worse. It really works.Unlike other carabiner type key chains, I've never lost or dropped a key with the Nite IZE. I put all my keys down through the 2nd spring.Regarding key ring size. I got several of these for family members. Most of us liked the #2 size. It can hold a half dozen or so keys and it is still small. I guess that is a personal choice. I try to keep my key chain small.I rarely come across a product that stands out enough that I'm up for typing a review. Now I'm typing.

I’ve had this for a couple of months now and it functions as promised. Keys don’t fall out and it’s easy to use. My favorite size is #3. It does wear a little, but I knew that when buying it

The double clip design is fantastic, it's really strong for what it's like, the clip function seems strong so far, the black doesn't scratch super easily, but could. I recommend this everyone

If you need a stronger one, buy it, but these works well. Better than the single look or circle or D version and some that have the little rubber pieced on them, to keep the gate from opening are a pain. This doesn't have that, so it you are working with these on on a belt loop, you probably need something heavier.

Good size carabiner that functions as needed. It's very easy to open, and use. I have it on my tomtoc bag used with traveling.

I'm not usually one to write amazon reviews but I bought this over a year ago and have used it every single day since and will never go back to any other kind of key ring. I LOVE the ability to clip my keys to my bag or my pants with the added layer of security of the dual chamber. It has held up so well to daily use! highly recommend!
