Switch not reliable
When device is switched on it is not guaranteed to work. Most of the time I have noticed it gives only hissing sound instead of amplifing the spoken words. Very disappointing every time when I switch it on to to put it to the patient I have to put it on myself. And most of the time it's just hissing sound then after switching it on and of a few times it starts working fine.
