Consuming their recomended dose will make you ill
The instructions on the packetrecommends 20 to 40 grams twice a day. I've tried 20 grams a day and it's making me feel sick. Did they put the decimal point in the wrong place? If Vegishake are incapable of getting the dosage right, it inspires very little confidence in any of their products.
