Having relocated my patio pond to a new position in our garden and wanting to light up the bamboos that stand either side at night I bought these lights (after reading all the reviews). They are excellent. Easy to install, the solar panel charges very well indeed (the lights are often still on if I wake up early and go out just before dawn). The control box is a great feature because it shows you how much charge you've got. The remote control works very well from out back door step (approx. 30ft away) and hasn't faltered yet. All in all, a good product, easy to use/install and then forget about while they do their thing. Lots of features and colours but we tend to stick with soft white as that shows off the bamboo in the nicest way for us. These are very versatile and I can see how they could be used in a number of different positions in many different types of garden. Just what we wanted. Fab!

By far the best solar garden lights I’ve had so far, usually they’re not very bright, not the case with these, the only minor issue is the beam from them isn’t very wide, but the light is bright and the colours are very good, and they’re very well made, the double solar panel charges them very quickly, and you can tell what state the level of charge is at, the remote is great, and allows you to set how long you want your lights on, so it doesn’t stay on all night, if you don’t want them too, and it’s not completely flattening the battery every night either, meaning you always have power left in the battery for those nights after a cloudy day when you might not get a full charge from the solar panel, they’re a lot more versatile than most solar garden light, I would recommend them to anyone looking for garden lights, they’re great value for money

Very speedy transaction. The vendor sent me a message following delivery so that I would have a point of contact if there were any issues. There weren't, but I found it refreshing they were willing to take ownership of their initial responsibilities - bravo.The item arrived well packaged with everything needed to install on either ground spikes or wall/fence , all present and correct. Setting them up took minutes.We bought them to illuminate a corner of the garden containing a couple of bronze casts. We like the result and are thinking of adding more to illuminate other beds.The length of cable from the solar panel to the control box is a decent length but the length from there to the first light is much shorter, we found we could work with that but it might restrict placement in different gardens. However, having the solar panel separate from the lights is an advantage as it means the lights can be placed in shaded areas where individual solar lights might not harvest sufficient energy to be effective.The only minor gripe so far is that they do not come on until it is very dark (10:20pm last night) and they are affected by other artificial light sources like my neighbours security light. That said, when lit, they are highly controllable with the remote.We think at a shade over £40 they were value for money and give us the desired effect with no running costs. As for longevity, I am afraid only time will tell.

The UK isn’t known for its sunny weather, but these lights are excellent considering the price.Great to have a remote, you can control the light even from the house throughout a window.The separate solar panel design allows you to position it in the sunniest spot, maximizing efficiency. When the panel gets enough sunlight, the lights can last all night from late spring to early autumn. During winter, with long nights and limited sunlight, the lights still manage to run for several hours before fading.A good tip for winter is to keep the lights off for a few days to conserve power and turn them on only when needed, such as for a garden party or when you want to enjoy them throughout the night

Great length of wires to all spot lights and the quality of all parts is excellent. The Dual solar panel is very useful as you can position the panels to catch the sun all day and get a really good charge. Remote control is very easy to work and works over a longer range than the seller states as I got it to work at 20mts. Colour effects are just amazing from just plain white to blending colours that can produce quite 'Ethereal Effects'. All parts can be either 'Spiked' into the ground or fitted to walls or posts with the supplied wall brackets that come complete with with screws and wall plugs. Remote control allows you to select a time range of 2,4,6 hours to save power. Overall I'm very pleased with both the quality and the effects you can produce.

I am unusualy writting a review on a product, because we have only had these since May and they have gone wrong and there appears to be no customer support.In the first instance the lights were very good, did all the things they should etc and appeared good value for money.In the last couple of months they have sarted not holding the colour function, so you set them to a colour and then they change on their own or start flashing. Then they started just turning themselves back on in the middle of the night after we had manually trned them off.We have now had to disconnect them as there is no way to contact the seller!
