Lovely shampoo, impossible to open.
It smells lovely and does seem to leave my hair lighter. However the tube is so difficult to open! It's doable but I end up with ridges in my thumb from pushing so hard.I also need to use quite a lot of product, and I don't have a lot of hair it's approximately collarbone length.
