After two weeks, I was able to increase to two pills per day for a week, finding 1000mg, a bit to much as I felt jittery/jumpy. So, going back to one 500mg pill per day works for me. I've read how some need more than 1 pill per day, so I would suggest starting with one per day, gradually upping the dose to suit your needs. One pill per day with a small cup of coffee is all I need, and some days, I may skip a pill and I still feel some residual affect. Overall, my mood is a bit calmer, I am definitely more focused with a subtle yet, steady energy. And with each bottle having 180 doses, there is room to increase mg if you choose to.So if energy drinks are dehydrating your soul, take a break and try L-Tyrosine (Yes, I am using capitalization which only means to me, this stuff's the bee's knees in my sedentary world!).

I’ve been taking this for about a month now and I haven’t noticed a difference in anything. I’m currently taking 500mg first thing in the morning. I will try taking 1000mg and will update my review if necessary.
