I think they make a difference, been using for years. Follow directions to take before a ride, and I break open when I prep my bottles and put a few in each so I'm taking them as I use my sports drink. I think it makes a difference in helping my legs feel better longer on 3 hour and longer rides. It might help recovery too.

5foot 10 inch male in his 40’s. I train martial arts and supplement with running and weight lifting.I am currently trying to lose 10-15lbs as I have spent the last 3 months eating poorly due to work. At my age no matter how much I work out it’s impossible to recover the way I used to. Even with good sleep. This stuff is NOT some miracle but it did aid in a noticeable way. I had a bit more energy and I was also in a better mood for my 1 hour work out. My legs did not feel as heavy. I only do 15-30 minute runs. I also did not have a loathing for the rest of the day since I worked out in the AM.

I just completed a half marathon after 5 months of scheduled training. I have invested in several supplements. I don't think anything on the market can transform you into a superhero! Realistically you need to be verry in-tune and deliberate in order to effectively evaluate if a supplement makes an impact. These pills do work. That doesn't mean they are a supplement for lack of training. They will help you push through with less fatigue. If you are competing; this can be a significant difference especially in any Endurance sport.

These pills work very well, but you need to be properly trained and not underestimate them. During your workout, you might not feel any muscle pain, but if you exceed your limits, you will feel it afterward
