Terrible product
I bought the Braun Mgk3980 in September 2021 and was very satisfied with it. Since I lost it this summer, I thought since I still had most of the parts of the 3980 that I would buy the Mgk 3245 as it seemed the same.It is not at all!!! The trimmer hitches when trimming, it it not smooth at all, I am very disappointed by this poor quality. Fully aware I cannot return it since I used it, but which I never bought it.FYI, I just placed an order for the Mgk3980 5 min ago
