I’m not sure about my cholesterol levels since Doctor only checks at annual physical. But I feel great and have more energy.

I purchased this to help with unexplained weight gain of 15lbs over the past 1 1/2 yr. No change in weight after 1 full bottle. However, I also had an increase in blood pressure this past year. At last dr appt my blood pressure was almost back to my normal, so it definitely seems to make an impact there. My A1C is within normal limits, so at this time, I can’t speak to it reducing that number. Just starting 2nd bottle and hoping for results losing that 15 lbs. No notable flavor, not too difficult to swallow. Overall, seems to have some positive impact in health.

Saw some mixed reviews on this product but I was brave to try since my blood sugar always on borderline and I’m tired of it. But here’s bad news for me, after taking the second pill I developed a headache, I was cold and feeling sick. I cannot return this product, so I will try just taking it 3 times a week instead of daily. I will do another review in 2 weeks and I will report my A1C results.

Berberine is a easy to swallow capsule. There is no taste at all, before or after taking it. I notice a difference in my blood sugar within the first week if taking Berberine. My fasting sugar usually ran between 140 to 165. Now I am seeing 98 to 113. My A1C has dropped from 8.1 to 6.4 in two months. I am very happy with this product.
