Installed without issues. No problems after several uses. However, the toner cartridge box was received slightly damaged as it wasn't put inside another box for protection, but the toner cartridge doesn't appear to have been damaged. Amazon should put the toner cartridge box inside another box to protect this expensive toner cartridge otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

The package arrived on time. I didn't want to use an off brand because it voids the warranty. Seems to be a good toner cartridge and hope that it lasts for a while. The price of toner is ridiculous but when you compare it to the price of ink and how many copies you can produce with both, the toner is the better value. I have no choice but to buy HP Toner and will buy more as needed. Friends have tried off brands and refurbished and they seem to have issues after that. So for me I will keep with name brand.

The HP original toner is always the best. However, When I got this time, it does not fit the machine tightly. Not a big deal, but not sure if the change the design. It is good to use and machine can monitor the level of the ink.

This cartridge lasted longer than expected — even with heavy use in my home office. Prints come out sharp, dark, and clean with no smudging. Installation was easy and mess-free. HP toner may cost a bit more, but the quality and reliability make it worth it.
