I normally don't write product reviews but, I have a complex meniscus tear on the inside of my knee that needs surgery. Walking has become difficult with this compression brace I have actually been able to get through doing my daily job that requires me to be on my feet for 12 hours. I have a very active job that requires me to be active all day to including running. Yes it's a Band-Aid to get me to surgery but without it I'd be out of work definitely worth the buy. Good compression and it only slips gradually throughout the day and that's in a 12-hour shift.

I play soccer and I tore my hamstring I wore this durning a game and it released so much pressure and felt so nice it stays up while you run and doesn't slip down your leg it fits so nicely and gives so much support

I got these to help with overnight recovery on workout days. They are thick, but I don’t find them to be too hot to wear overnight while sleeping, even in Florida. If I were wearing these during actual workouts or outside, that would probably not be the case, however.The care instructions on these say no machine washing or tumbling dry. That’s not realistic in the US, so I wash them on my machines handwash cycle and tumble dry on low. I may remove them from the dryer when they are still just slightly damp and allow them to air dry the rest of the way. So far, so good.These are loose at the bottom of the legs, where they should be tight.These are made in Communist China, which the packaging identifies as “PRC” (People’s Republic of China).

These Sparthos leg sleeves are a game-changer! They offer excellent support and stay put during workouts. The breathable material keeps my legs cool, and I can wear them all day without discomfort. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable compression.

I cut the top cuff off because it was too tight, and then it fit perfectly. If I sized up, there wouldn’t be enough compression on my knee. I bought this for recovery after a knee surgery. The material pills very easily. The brace I have to wear has Velcro, which catches on this material and the whole things looks very ragged after just two weeks of use, but it’s fine for my purposes.

I am a full time latin dance instructor & social dancer in LA county and have a need to wear compression knee and leg sleeves to minimize potential swelling in my one reconstructed knee and prevent further injury for both.Day 1 - right out of the box the material feels comfortable and breathable. walking around there appears no apparent slippage. ( slipping being the biggest reason why im still on the hunt for sleeve alternatives before i go all in on a pair of stoko tights )Materials rating ( 9.0 / 10.0 ) ...Compression feels a bit less compared to other brands models due to the materials used however not upset over it atm. Will have a better idea of whether or not the compression still performs as desired like other brands i have tried.Compression rating ( 8.5 / 10.0 )UPDATE : after wearing for daily use compression remained ... taking on and off i notice some stretching at the bottom of the sleeve near calf area however pulling up the sleeves the sleeve seemed more form fitting. im assuming this is happening due to just being worn and re-worn. still no wash cycle yet and performed well after a night of social dancing ( main reason i have these is to protect my knees and prevent swelling ) very minor slipping as expected after a night of dancing but not so much that it drops off my thigh and rolls up .... will now wash & air dryfinal update : now washed a couple times and used ... noticed notable sizing differential and slippage. as expected of knee sleeves like this unfortunately. maybe a size down would of been beneficial but i have to pull up to make sure the bottom of the sleeve is against my leg and not stretched out. still using them and liking them compared to my other sleeves.

Helps a lot at work. No more knee pain!
