Buy these on the regular. As a diabetic, I control mu sugar (without meds), by eating low carb. I add 1-2 tsp to my chia pudding, which I eat daily. I also add to homemade ice cream and to baked goods. Recommend.

For Sugar Free, it tastes great and is lite! The smell is fine. The large size makes it a great value.

This is my favorite Sugar free syrup. It is definitely thin for syrup but seeing as it’s sugar free the thickness is really not too bad. I have bought this syrup several times.
