I have purchased these in Large and Extra Large. I was concerned the XL would leak, but they have been great. Purchased for a disabled adult and they have performed better than I could have hoped. I can't find these in the store so I am happy to have found them here and for a reasonable price.

Great product, A+. These are some of the best adult briefs I have found. Minimal bulk, but good coverage for where absorbing material is needed. Tabs are hook & loop, which hold well, but release and reattach easily for checking and reusing. I currently have the Ultra level, but will order the Super for more absorbancy. I will order these again.

A little bulky in the front but over not big like an adult diaper and doesn’t irritate my daughter’s inner thighs. We ordered a size small for my six year old daughter who weighs 70 lbs and is 4’6 tall

We are pleased with this item. You are able to adjust the tabs to a perfect fit and readjust any time you need to. Always stay closed and never rip off garment. Elastic at the legs doesn't bunch or pinch off circulation.

When my grandmother fell and broke her hip, she was no longer able to get up in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. We went through quite a few different products until we finally found one she liked and these are it! They hold a lot of urine without leaking and she finds them to be the most comfortable.

The one star is because the package color was pretty.This product is for someone who is bedridden. If you are walking around or put on your own underware, this is not for you. I'm not going to go into why it doesn't work...someone has to put it on for you!I was looking for disposable adult diaper to change easily away from home. This is not the one. Sorry...No one is more disappointed than I. I will keep looking.However,I have only positive opinions about Amazon.

I like the size; however they tear easily. The tabs break off and any hard tug will tear them down the center. Absorption is not the best so I use two pads with them for overnight protection and even that is not enough. Would not recommend for heavy incontinence or someone with limited mobility.

My great grandma loves these. Only pair she will wear. I love them because the are durable, don’t leak, have a strong hold and last.
