Worn it once while doing spinning for 30min. Took a short while to get used to the breathing. Fits nice and comfortable.

Lovely quality product only thing is I cant find replacement inner disks for it anywhere. So this limits the shelf life of the product. So 4 stars

Breathing control helps reduce blood pressure
Very controllable breathing valve. This mask, hopefully, will help reduce long term blood pressure rather like the RESPerate device.
