Absolutely love my turkey forks

Very heavy duty so hoping these wont bend when I lift the turkey. Nice large size

These forks are large and easily can handle picking up an 18+ pound turkey.

My husband had to smoke several rib roasts for his job. This made it easier to remove the roasts from the smoker and will come in handy in preparation for our own holiday meals!

Amazing tool. After 20 years of raising our own turkeys, and being stuck with that giant Tom no one wanted to buy (or cook!), I finally broke down and bought a big roasting pan. I decided to step up even another notch and pass on using huge grilling spatulas, sturdy wooden spoons and towels to get these huge, hot birds out of the pan. Thanksgiving Day, I firmly stuck a Turkey lifter on either side, into the thigh and below the breast. I got a good grip and lifted that bird right up and onto the half-sheet pan I carved from. For a split second I thought it was coming out of the bird it lifted so easily. Wow! If these don't rust, they will be one of my favorite kitchen tools ever!
