My husband purchased the pine shaving and upon receiving the product we were confused. The quantity was not what we were expecting. The company graciously explained the confusin of the quantity we recieved and actually gave us a reinbirsement because of OUR confusion. Exceptional customer service!* 4 star because the origional photo of the product showed it to be much larger bags, and the product is actually approximately equal to a galon sized bag.

Good product just didn’t realize the size. Good size for a 10 gallon tank one time use. I needed it for a rabbit cage lol should’ve read the size of the bag

So this may work for some species, but they are very large chips. I had to spend time 'cutting' them up.

I use this all the time but if your cage is open it can be messy.

Smaller than I thought

The shavings seem clean and fresh. I would not call it 4 quarts. Its pretty pricey for the quantity you actually receive. I would not buy again at this price. Its a small bag of wood shavings after all.
