This a really straightforward product. Everything included works as it should; the bottle is sturdy, the trigger isn't flimsy, the bulb isn't super old rubber and actually works, and the instructions are clear. The triggers on spray bottles are usually a problem after a while. This one seems to have an overall better construction without any notable flimsiness.Most irrigation systems rely on a solvent or are generally overpriced for what they are. The previous systems I've used were just some drops and an irrigation bulb, but they never worked as they were supposed to. My ears are comparably cleaner. I normally sleep with earplugs and hate taking them out covered in wax. After using this system, no more wax-coated ear plugs. If you want something to clean out your ears, this is probably the most cost effective and logical option that will maintain appropriate longevity compared to other products.

The product actually works very well, I was able to remove quite a bit of wax and am hearing better. The only complaint is that this was supposed to come with 20 tips in the box, but there was only one and it was already attached to the end of the hose. There was a card inside to get 20 free tips, which I filled out, but I should have also received 20 tips with my order. I used it one time and now I have no more tips to use since there was only one in the box.

I am so glad I was able to finally clean out my ears as opposed to going to the Doctor and having them do it. Anyway, I have been using q-tips my entire life and have only went to the doctors once to clean out my ears. I have just tried this once but already some wax came out in the bin. It felt strange using a squirt bottle to spray in my ear. It startled me at first, but once I got over that, I’m so glad I did. I was having some ear pain and so I used a couple tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide, put it in the bottle with warm water and was able to get a little wax out. A few days later and the pain is already gone. At least I was able to avoid another doctor appointment. Package arrived on time and in great condition and was never opened until I opened it. I definitely recommend using.

I ordered it when it came it was missing the connection piece to attach the tip to the sprayer. I sent that one back the next one was missing the same piece. The instructions show how to install this piece so apparently you are supposed to get it in the box.

I should have read how much more was involved in setting up the procedure. I have very little sink space and no bathroom counter. So for me improvising was involved, not to mention some upper calistenics. It however sufficed. I gave it 3 stars for its general practicality.

Well the whole process is much better with the cup thingy. And it's only a few bucks more. I bought the cheaper one without the cup thinking I didn't need it - but I saw reviews and spend the extra. I didn't realize it would be as messy are process when I ordered the first one. This is a good product either way...well made, comes with extra tips. Make sure you screw the tips on tight or there's leakage (gross and yuck leakage). If you have never used an ear cleaning product like this you are missing out! If you have never done it, look on youtube for some help...I think people rush the process, it takes 10 -15 minutes to do it effectively. That stuffs been in there for a long time, be patient and you will see the benefits.

Initially I was going to purchase the other product because it was $3 dollars cheaper and I didn't really see the value of the basin or the syringe. A couple other spray bottle ear wax remover products I looked at come with a towel and cost more but I have a ton of hand towels floating around at home and don't really need anymore.What i've found is that the basin under the ear works really well for me as it angles down my head a bit and allows really natural drainage as I patiently wait for the blockage to come out.The syringe is a good to have but I only used it on the first go, more as a curiosity than anything else to see if it actually does anything (it doesn't).Anyways, I'm sure everyone has their own opinion about basins and towels and whatever. All I know is that the spray bottle works and my ear is cleared out.

Good concept but you can basically do the same with a bit of peroxide and an eye dropper. Parts came in a clear plastic bag, not a box, so it looked cheap. Also, slow shipping.
