Badly made doll with overkill plastic packaging
My youngest daughter is a fan of the Zapf Creation brand as a whole, in particular the Baby Annabell range but we have been so disappointed by this doll.It’s really poorly made and has broken within a matter of weeks (leg has came off!)The plastic it’s made with is totally not ecologically friendly and I feel that this brand in modern times should be moving forward to take into account the plastics that are harming the oceans, because it’s not just the dolls made of plastic either, but surrounded by plastic packaging that it’s presented in.The brand when contacting them completely ignored my queries, seemingly too busy holding competitions on social media to I assume regain a following after all the negative reviews I can see they have been receiving, so I am not the only one left disappointed. More importantly my little girl is disappointed. We’ll take our custom elsewhere from now on.
