OCZ 2GB 1150MHZ DDR2 Kit

THE RAM WAS BAD SO I RMA IT TWICE, BY THE THIRD TIME I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY DAID THEY DONT DO THAT, SPEND 60$ ON SHIPPING THE BAD PRODUCT TO THEM.WORST SUPPORT EVER, TOOK ME FOREVER TO TALK TO SOMENONE AND WHEN I DID THEY WOULD KEEP ME ON HOLD.STAY AWAY FROM OCZ.

I have a dual pair on an Asus Maximus Formula SE and it is stable, fast @ 1150MHZ with timings of 5-5-5-15. This memory is rock solid. No problems. Also have a second bios settings of 950MHZ with low timings of 4-4-4-13 and it is fast. My process is Intel Q9450 OC'd @ 3.45 & 3.3 respectively.

I'm upgrading from OCZ pc2 8500 memory which I still highly recommend. I am running an Intel q9550 on a Asus P5Q Deluxe Mobo. With my previous 1066 memory I could only achieve a stable overclock of 3.65 ghz with the memory at 1066 mhz. This was a great overclock but it would crash my system at anything above it.I decided to try this memory out and I was very impressed! I'm running my cpu now at 3.95 ghz and my memory at 1192 mhz (default is 1150). I could clock the memory higher, but I think my cpu is the bottleneck at those speeds. Keep in mind I am at 5-5-5-15 latency settings. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for great memory. Amazon is selling these things like hotcakes, so grab them when you can.Some may find these to be a bit pricey. But the way I look at it, if you're an enthusiast who wants a great product, you'll spend the extra dollar but be more satisfied.

This RAM is cool, literally. I cant wait to get some more. The heatsinks are large and heavy, but they work well, I am only air cooling at the moment. They are small enough you can use all your ram slots.
