Haven't taken it long enough to notice anything definite, but seem to be working, at least a little.

Super Beta Prostate MaxI appreciate the formula of ingredients used in this product, and the purported benefits which can be derived from their regular use.These soft gel tablets are easy to take, but require a bit of pressure to pop, ... yes, I normally break open gel capsules with my teeth before swallowing, believing I will get more effective absorption of the contents.The taste is not particularly pleasant , and I often follow with a better tasting chaser.This supplement is likely a vary wise choice, particularly for men over 40.4 stars!Explaining my rating system:5 - a superior product - I would highly recommend4 - above average – a great choice3 - average – what one might generally expect2 - below average – I would advise seeking an alternative1- Horrible – a waste of your valuable money - avoid if at all possible

Improved my quality of Sleep!

It's been just short of 30 days and not one thing has changed. I'm stupid. It's like watching one of those commercials and hook you like a fish.(SUCKER). Be smart Don't be like me.

Unclear how long it takes to work and very expensive. For those reasons, this should probably not be your first choice in shopping for prostate support supplement.

Reviewing any type of supplement or personal use/care item is always very subjective. Many times, it can take weeks or months for any benefit or side effects to be noticed. So, my review is directly related to my experience after using the product for a minimum of two weeks and also any ingredient research we may have done.I have taken this product in the past. It does seem to provide some prostate relief by allowing easier urine flow. The list of ingredients are mostly natural and have a long history of helping men with BPH. They are easy enough to swallow, have no taste and I have not noted any type of GI or other problems from taking this supplement. Very pleased.
