Operation Mincemeat [DVD] [2022]

Like Colin he seems to take on the most odd ball roles and makes them work. However this movie is only ok in my book for what it's worth. I have the original movie and several books and seen the documentary's. So as I said most of the relevant facts are there. There is a bunch of Hollywood padding. Which could have made it very much more interesting,but it didn't..... If you've never seen the original movie and don't know much about the true story. Yes watch this version. If you have some pryer knowledge of the story be prepared for not being wowed.

Looked forward to watching this movie. Arrived. Doesn't play. When I reported it, they made no offer to make it right. Said they would return our money WHEN they get their dvd back. Beware buyers!

I live in US (California) & tried this on 2 dvd players - on each one says it won't play in my region, yet neither Amazon description nor on DVD jacket does it seem to say that it is not suited for our region. Since no returns, I'm out $15.

A great film with marvellous actors, full of intirgue and subtle humour - you need to see this :)

I did not enjoy this version of the "man who never was" too slow, too much talk and no action. Have ordered the original film which I have seen in the past and is so much better.

Storicamente buono. Mi sembra che e' un "remake" di un film anni fa intitolato " L' uomo che non era" (The Man who never was) che era piu' bello. Communque sono sodisfatto e bello da vedere.
