I take a fair amount of supplements and this one has to have my favorite packaging. The intended benefits and included ingredients are all clearly labeled, making it easy to select the right product for your needs. Taking the supplements is super painless as well, I believe the capsules themselves are slightly smaller than average, and it's recommended to take only 1 per dose so no mouthful of pills. I typically get a slightly annoying aftertaste with most supplements, but not with this brand, a small but welcome improvement!
