Works as intended, and great for the cost.
Purchased for my 15 year old son who is using it for breathing training for cross country running and music. Resistance is adjustable, and the functionality is achieved by screwing or unscrewing the end of the product to allow more or less air through. The product isn't amazingly comfortable but at the price point it is better than expected. This has already made good results for endurance running.

I've got a long way to go because the lowest setting is pretty hard to breath through. Im going to practice for a few months and update if I need to

Not sure if it doesn't work or if my lungs are healthy enough.
I don't want to say it didn't work or help, but it made not difference to me. I'm geuss my lungs are as healthy as their gonna get so just not a needed product for me. That doesn't mean it won't help anyone else.

I want to be completely honest, I have no idea if this thing actually works. I have noticed that I'm breathing more out of my nose (which is healthier), but I don't think my lungs are building up as much endurance as it says. I will continue to use it and update if anything changes.
