Good firm
Nice firm cushioning, make sure not to wear this with a tank top or any top that leaves shoulder skin exposed since it is very scratchy however the cushioning is great, used it for a backpack

Imperfect color, good design
Good design, comfortable, added the most volume of any shoulder pads, which is what I wanted to get the vest to sit high without making it hard to get over my head.

Excellent strap pads
I bought these for my rogue echo weight vest with 20 pound plates (40 total). They fit the 2” shoulder strap perfectly and once I got the strap lengths adjusted better and the pads in place they did relieve the pressure on the top of my traps. I don’t know how they will hold up long term but they seem to be made very well. If you are using them for a plate carrier style weight vest these will (of course) do nothing about relieving the pressure of the plates compressing your chest. So just be aware of what problem you are trying to solve with this purchase.

Worth the buy
This pad makes my 45L travel backpack much more comfortable. It was worth the buy.

Shoulder pads for plate carrier/chest rig
One of the worst things about loading up your rig is all that weight on your shoulders. These pads alleviate a lot of that weight by distributing the load over a larger surface area and has a fair amount of padding. Get a pair, you won’t regret it..!
